He is based in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, and serves as Director of the Brain-Computer Interface Lab. Since 2014, he has taught courses such as Machine Learning for Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Signal Processing, and Medical Imaging. He obtained his bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees in biomedical engineering from Mahidol University and completed his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde in 2022.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          During his PhD studies, Dr Arnin joined Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) as a research scholar, where he developed real-time signal-processing systems using hardware acceleration for neural applications. After completing his PhD, he furthered his research as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Strathclyde, specialising in algorithms for damage detection and 3D visualisation.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Dr Arnin\u2019s expertise spans AI in education, brain-computer interfaces, digital signal processing, machine learning, IoT, cloud computing, and big data analytics. His research includes projects on brain-computer interfaces, wearable technology for physical activity detection, neural engineering, and preventive healthcare. He has collaborated with institutions such as the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) to promote healthier lifestyles in Thailand. His work in corporate communications, as Assistant Dean for Corporate Communications from 2023 to 2024, helped elevate the visibility and impact of the Faculty of Engineering\u2019s research and educational programmes locally and internationally.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"panel-speaker-card\">\n      <h2 class=\"panel-speaker-name\">Associate Professor Dr Ouh Eng Lieh<\/h2>\n      <div class=\"panel-speaker-bio\">\n        <p class=\"panel-speaker-details\">\n          Associate Professor of Computer Science (Education)<br>\n          School of Computing and Information Systems<br>\n          Singapore Management University<br>\n          <a href=\"mailto:elouh@smu.edu.sg\" style=\"color: #0d6efd; text-decoration: none;\">elouh@smu.edu.sg<\/a>\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Ouh Eng Lieh is an Associate Professor (Education) at Singapore Management University\u2019s School of Computing and Information Systems. He brings over a decade of practitioner experience in implementing large-scale computing solutions. An expert in data science and prompt engineering, she serves as a key knowledge provider and speaker, specialising in the deployment of Generative AI for academic advancement and workforce preparation. Most recently, she served as a key executive driver for the Mahidol x Harvard Health Systems Innovation Lab Hackathon 2026, a landmark collaborative initiative to build an international innovation pipeline and transform academic concepts into real-world healthcare solutions.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Dr Thaipisutikul\u2019s expertise spans AI and prompt engineering, full-spectrum data science, deep learning architectures, and the practical application of AI tools for specialised tasks such as building effective pitching decks.
