Moving beyond the &#8220;why,&#8221; the session will focus on the &#8220;how to do it properly across countries,&#8221; using a structured approach to facilitate a regional exchange.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p style=\"margin: 0; font-size: 17px; color: #374151; text-align: justify;\">\n      The seminar will begin by outlining key policy considerations and introducing a three-pillar decision model (Equivalence, Validity, Trust). Participants will then be invited to share and compare their national and institutional best practices, policies, and challenges related to course recognition and ensuring the integrity of digital credentials.
